What is the session rate? Do I have to use insurance?
The rate is $165 per session. No, you don't have to use insurance. You are welcome to pay out of pocket.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of a session to avoid late cancellation fees. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before a session, a $165 late cancellation fee will apply.
What happens in therapy?
Therapy is tailored to each individual. It's a safe place to discuss and process anything you need or want to. We will create treatment goals during the first session and work towards them throughout our time together.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long. This allows time for the therapist to complete documentation and billing.
Are telehealth appointments available?
Yes! Any session can be telehealth. I will work with you to make therapy as accessible as I can.
